Returns and Exchanges
At Sennza, each piece is handmade one by one with care, intention, and full respect for the craft. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, slight variations in texture, tone, or shape are expected — these are not imperfections, but part of what makes each piece truly unique.
1. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
- To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when received (unworn, unused)
- With original tags
- In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at info@sennzastudios.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions for how and where to send the item.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the same 30-day window. The easiest way to process an exchange is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@sennzastudios.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and resolve it promptly, covering return shipping if the issue is ours.
5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalised products
- Items marked as final sale or discounted
- Gift cards

6. General Conditions
Returns and exchanges must be pre-approved.
Items returned in used or damaged condition (not due to our error) will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
