We ship products to most countries in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Australia. We currently do not ship to Russia or North Korea.

Orders

You will receive an email confirming the order ("Order Confirmation"). A contract is only formed once you receive our shipping notification ("Shipping Confirmation").

We may cancel or reject any order at our discretion, including after issuing an Order Confirmation. If you have been charged, you will be refunded in full.

Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are additional and displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. However, no changes will apply after a Shipping Confirmation is sent.

Shipping

All items are handmade to order in our studio. Please allow 2–5 working days for production. Shipping times vary depending on destination.

You will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.

Please note:

• Orders placed after 10:00 AM CET will be processed the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery may be delayed due to peak periods or external disruptions.

Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange items within 15 calendar days from delivery.

Returns or exchanges must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be in perfect, unused condition.
• Items must have original packaging and tags.
• Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

To return or exchange:

• Request a return via our platform or by email.
• Refunds will be processed upon receiving the item and verifying its condition.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
